Corporate Social Responsibility

Health Revolutionized™

Quantitative Health LLC is committed to democratizing longevity science, protecting your data, advancing public health, and conducting every aspect of our business with integrity and transparency.

Our Mission

Quantitative Health LLC exists to democratize longevity science—making evidence-based health optimization accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford concierge medicine. Founded and led by Paul E. Kilgore, MD, MPH, FACP, a board-certified internist and epidemiologist with 36 years of clinical experience and research across 30+ countries, we believe that rigorous science, ethical practice, and genuine care for human well-being are inseparable.

Section 01

Purpose and Scope

This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy defines how Quantitative Health LLC integrates ethical, social, environmental, and public health commitments into every aspect of our operations. It applies to all business activities conducted through drpaulkilgore.com, the DrPaul Health mobile application, our digital health tools, educational content, coaching services, and all professional engagements.

As a physician-owned health optimization company, we recognize that our responsibilities extend beyond the services we sell. Our work touches people’s health decisions, their data, their trust, and their well-being. This policy holds us accountable to the highest standards in each of those areas.

Section 02

Core Pillars of Responsibility

2.1  Health Equity and Access

We believe that high-quality health information should not be locked behind paywalls. To that end, we maintain a suite of 16 free digital health tools—including AI-powered analyzers and evidence-based calculators—available to anyone at no cost. These tools cover cancer risk assessment, medication safety, nutritional analysis, biomarker interpretation, biological age estimation, and more.

  • Maintaining all 16 health tools as permanently free, public-access resources
  • Publishing a growing library of evidence-based ebooks, blog posts, podcasts, and video content to educate the public on longevity science
  • Offering tiered service pricing that includes free educational content as a meaningful entry point, not merely a marketing funnel
  • Creating content in accessible formats with minimum 16px body text, 44px touch targets, and responsive design optimized for older adults
  • Providing a free mobile application (DrPaul Health) on both iOS and Android platforms

2.2  Evidence-Based Public Health

Quantitative Health LLC is led by a CDC Epidemic Intelligence Service-trained epidemiologist and ABIM board-certified internist. Our commitment to evidence-based practice is not a marketing claim—it is the foundation of everything we produce.

  • Grounding every tool, course, ebook, and recommendation in peer-reviewed scientific literature
  • Clearly citing sources and distinguishing established evidence from emerging research
  • Never promoting unproven therapies, supplements, or interventions for commercial gain
  • Regularly updating our content as the evidence base evolves
  • Contributing to global public health through direct research and field work, including ongoing projects in international settings such as water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) research

2.3  Data Privacy and Ethical AI

Our digital health tools use artificial intelligence to analyze user-submitted health information. We take this responsibility seriously and have implemented the following safeguards:

  • No persistent storage of user health data—our AI tools process inputs in real time and do not retain personal health information after the session ends
  • Transparent AI disclosure on every tool, clearly informing users that results are AI-generated and do not constitute medical advice
  • Comprehensive disclaimers covering the absence of a doctor-patient relationship, the limitations of AI-generated analysis, emergency guidance, and liability limitations
  • No sale, sharing, or monetization of user data with third parties
  • HTTPS encryption across all web properties and API communications
  • Regular review of AI model outputs for accuracy, bias, and clinical appropriateness

2.4  Environmental Stewardship

While Quantitative Health LLC is a small, digital-first company, we recognize our responsibility to minimize environmental impact:

  • Our business operates primarily through digital channels—ebooks, online courses, telehealth-style consulting, and web-based tools—resulting in minimal physical waste
  • All educational products are delivered digitally, eliminating printing, shipping, and packaging waste
  • We utilize cloud-based infrastructure with providers that have public sustainability commitments
  • We prioritize digital communication over paper correspondence in all client interactions
  • As the company grows, we commit to evaluating and disclosing our carbon footprint and pursuing meaningful offsets

2.5  Community Education and Empowerment

We believe that health literacy is a fundamental component of health equity. Our educational mission extends beyond our paid services:

  • A publicly accessible blog featuring evidence-based articles on longevity, biomarkers, nutrition, and preventive health
  • A podcast and YouTube video library providing free education on health optimization topics
  • A published book series including the Evidence-Based Longevity Series (4 volumes) and the 7-volume Personal Health Checklist Series containing 45 checklists with 860+ actionable health items
  • Active contribution to the academic and clinical community through Wayne State University affiliations and the Center for Emerging and Infectious Diseases
  • Educational content designed to translate complex medical science into language accessible to general audiences

2.6  Ethical Business Practices

We hold ourselves to the following standards of business conduct:

  • Honest, transparent marketing that never exploits health anxieties or makes unsupported claims
  • Clear disclosure of pricing, refund policies, and what clients can expect from every service tier
  • No conflicts of interest—we do not accept compensation from pharmaceutical companies, supplement manufacturers, or lab vendors to promote their products
  • Professional liability coverage and adherence to applicable state licensing and business regulations
  • Treating every client interaction with the respect and confidentiality expected of a physician, regardless of service tier
Section 03

Governance and Accountability

As a single-member LLC, accountability for this policy rests directly with Paul E. Kilgore, MD, MPH, FACP, the sole owner and operator of Quantitative Health LLC. This structure ensures that CSR commitments are not delegated away from decision-making authority—the person who sets the company’s direction is the same person accountable for its social and ethical performance.

  • Annual review and update of this CSR policy, with the effective date and version number updated accordingly
  • Public availability of this policy on drpaulkilgore.com
  • Responsiveness to client, community, and stakeholder feedback regarding our CSR practices
  • Periodic self-assessment against recognized CSR frameworks, including alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals
Section 04

Section 05

Measuring Our Impact

We are committed to tracking and reporting on the following metrics to hold ourselves accountable:

  • Number of free tool users served annually
  • Volume of free educational content published (blog posts, podcast episodes, videos, ebooks)
  • Client satisfaction and outcomes data (aggregated and anonymized)
  • Accessibility compliance across our digital properties
  • Data privacy incident reports (with a target of zero incidents)
  • Annual review of tool accuracy and clinical relevance

As the company grows, we intend to publish an annual CSR impact summary that reports on these metrics and identifies areas for improvement.
