Request Received

Thank You — I'll Be In Touch Shortly

Your TruAge testing request has been received. I personally review every inquiry and will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your details and place your order.

What Happens Next

Here's exactly what to expect from this point forward, so there are no surprises along the way.

1

Within 1–2 business days

I'll personally review your request and reach out by email or phone (whichever you indicated) to confirm your testing option, answer any questions, and discuss your goals. This is not an automated reply — it's a direct conversation with me.

2

Order placement & payment

Once we've confirmed everything, I'll place your TruAge order through my provider portal with TruDiagnostic. You'll receive a secure invoice and payment link, and your test kit will ship directly to your home address within 3–5 business days.

3

Sample collection at home

Your kit arrives with everything you need — a simple finger-prick blood spot collection that takes about five minutes. Detailed instructions are included, and you can mail your sample back using the prepaid FedEx materials provided.

4

Lab analysis (2–3 weeks)

Your sample is processed at TruDiagnostic's CLIA-certified lab in Lexington, Kentucky. Results are typically ready 2–3 weeks after the lab receives your sample, and I'll be notified the moment they come in.

5

Your interpretation session

If you selected the Complete Bundle or Longevity Tracking Plan, we'll schedule your 60-minute Interpretation Session shortly after results arrive. I'll walk you through your biological age, pace of aging, organ-specific scores, and what they mean — and we'll build a personalized action plan together.

While You Wait

A few resources you might find useful in the meantime — all free, all written for patients who want to understand their health more deeply.

Thank you for trusting me with your health. I take every TruAge inquiry seriously because the patients who reach out for this kind of testing are exactly the patients I most want to help — the ones who refuse to settle for "your numbers look fine" and want to know what's actually going on inside their bodies.

I'll be in touch soon.
