Adult Vaccine Longevity Calculator
Discover how many years your vaccinations have added to your life — and how many more years are still within reach — based on peer-reviewed epidemiological data.
The Science Behind Vaccine-Attributed Longevity
Each vaccine prevents diseases that carry measurable mortality and morbidity burdens. By cross-referencing CDC burden data, ACIP recommendations, and randomized controlled trial outcomes, this tool translates your personal vaccination history into an estimated gain in life-years — the same framework used by public health economists to calculate the value of immunization programs.
Life-years gained are reported as population-attributable estimates: the average years gained by adults who received each vaccine compared to those who did not, adjusted for your age, sex, and high-risk status. These are statistical estimates, not individual guarantees.
Age & Sex Adjusted
Estimates are weighted by your age and sex, reflecting how vaccine impact varies across the lifespan.
Risk-Modified
Immunocompromised, asplenic, HCWs, and those with chronic disease receive amplified estimates per ACIP.
Gap Analysis
Missing vaccines are shown with potential life-years still available, giving you an actionable catch-up plan.
Don't Have Your Vaccine Records?
Your state immunization registry (IIS) may have your complete adult vaccine history. Ask your primary care physician, check your state health department portal, or contact your pharmacy. For titer testing (e.g., Hepatitis B immunity confirmation), ULTA Lab Tests offers affordable at-home options.
