ANA is the most common screening test. Additional antibodies and complement levels refine the diagnosis. Enter as many markers as your lab report includes.

ANA is the primary screening test for systemic autoimmune disease. A negative ANA largely rules out lupus and other connective tissue diseases.

These specific antibodies help differentiate between autoimmune conditions. Select positive/negative from dropdown or enter quantitative values where available.
Positive: >30 IU/mL (lab-specific)
Positive: >14 IU/mL (lab-specific)
Positive: >20 U/mL (lab-specific)
Positive: >35 IU/mL

Complement levels help assess disease activity, especially in lupus. Low complement often indicates active immune complex consumption.
Normal: 90–180 mg/dL
Normal: 10–40 mg/dL
AHA: <1 low, 1–3 mod, >3 high
Important: Autoimmune diseases cannot be diagnosed by lab tests alone. Clinical correlation with symptoms, physical examination, and often imaging or biopsy is essential. A positive antibody does NOT automatically mean you have a disease. All analysis occurs locally in your browser.
